Just wanted you to know that I am such a fan. You are an amazing, dynamic performer. I really admire how you have a VISION about the future of INXS, that will reflect where they have been and where you can take them, rather than just saying you want to "continue on" with what INXS was doing before. That confidence is what they are looking for, which is why you will be fronting the band as of tomorrow night!

I dont know if you really read these things, but ill tell you this anyway just incase you do. I knew from the very first time i saw you that you would be the next lead singer of INXS. I was a fan from the first show. Your version of take me out was what the people need. Good luck to you and ill buy the new album when it comes out.

OK, I have to admit, when I first heard about this show at the beginning of the summer I thought it was a stupid concept. I am an INXS fan from way back and the idea that Michael Hutchence could be replaced seemed assinine. Then I kind of stumbled on the show mid-season and was f*u*k*ng mesmerized -- primarily by you, Marty, though I am astounded by the talent I've seen in everyone. But back to you... I just spent a little time peeking at past performances on the website (it's a rainy day...) to see what I missed earlier in the season, and WOW, you are just consistently the most interesting and amazing performer of the group. Your performances completely hold up to repeat viewing (unlike JD, who after watching several of his songs in a row really feels redundant and weirdly inauthentic, and Mig who is pretty but doesn't seem to have much substance) INXS would be crazy not to offer you the job -- you alone have the unique stage presence and intensity that made Hutchence such an astounding front-man. Plus you seem to have deep intelligence, passion and commitment. JD and Mig are just way boring by comparison. Maybe the group will play it safe and choose one of them, and it will be their loss. Your joining the band would definitely make them grow and not just recycle, and I fear that either of the other guys will banish the group to oblivion after the initial splash of publicity. Anyway, either way, I wish you huge success and am going to go seek out some of those downloads someone else mentioned right now...

Marty, honey, you are totally hot and sensuous. I know that the group tries to tone you down but when you sing I try to imagine you with lots of dark eye liner and letting all that wildness out. I loved the honest way you answered when you said you would meet the band half way, and I truly think they loved that answer, too. You would bring youth and vitality to a stable and time-tested band.

Hey Marty. I absolutely love you. You are such a talented musician and I love your original song.
It's tough for me, honestly, to decide between you and Mig because you are both so great. You 2 are my faves of the show. But I think you have something a bit more over Mig. As talented as he is, you just have that something extra and I wish you all the best in winning. I am behind you all the way hun.

i truly believe your the guy for INXS just because you voice lends itself well to a variety of types of music and most importanly INXS songs. you have a very soothing soft thing going on, as well as a harsher rock dude thing....

mig is cool, so is jd...they are obviously talented people... i just don't like migs original song style and not to be mean but j.d. sounds like a cross between David Bowie and Elvis... which is fine if your into that... all of my best to you in the upcoming week.

Very talented and successful Marty Casey. From the first time I saw you on this show I seen the glow about you. I am a musician myself and understand what hard work really means. You show all of us that our dreams are possible. Even if they don't pick you, you are already a star, and will continue to be heard around the world regardless., but they will. Good luck mate. Your a peice of original artwork, and if INXS does not realize that, then you'll make a bunch of money by yourself.

I wonder if I can say that ever since I first watched the show I fell in love with Jordis. Her voice is nothing short of amazing. After she left though I was actually able to look at everyone else for it felt like the first time. Sad but true and your stage presence just amazed me. I still can’t get “Trees” out of my head. I loved INXS as a child and I think you’d be great as lead for them. In a way I hope you don’t get it just so I can see you rise on your own. You’re truly a star and you deffinately have my votes.

I loved your rendition of Creep, breaking the guitar and the reprise of Trees, electric. Cool beans, man. Also love the way you chatter to the audience, giving us more than a song, even though just that would be enough. Like Suzy, I have seen phenomenal growth throughout this series and it's been a joy to watch. I can't wait to see next week's show. I'm sure you're going to blow us all away. :)

To all Marty fans. Yes when he is doing his own thing he is good. In the right band he will be great. But, not for this band. Check it out, he has only had to sing an INXS song once and it wasnt that great. He has had some great exposure and will do well but I dont think he is the answer for INXS

Marty - I caught the show about mid season. Since then I've been addicted. You absolutly rock. You put alot of passion and soul into each song, but I think what made me become a huge fan is your demeanor. You have never said one negative thing about anyone and even though this is a competention, you always think about and praise the other members. You have real class and are a true rock star. Good luck Tuesday, although you won't need it.

I think you are MAD AWESOME!! (To use your own words) I have had so much fun watching you this summer. I have loved you since "Take Me Out" and have watched you grow and learn. Your voice and stage presence makes this "older woman" squee. I really want to hear you sing "Not Enough Time" or "The One Thing." Heck, I wanna hear them all. If for some strange reason, INXS does not give you this gig, please come tour in Florida (and sing me some more songs!!))
